Returns & Exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be exchanged within 14 days of ship date.  Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you (see below for further information). Note that sale items are purchased as is and cannot be exchanged or returned.

***All items must be in original packaging and must have tags still attached with a receipt of purchase.***

Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in a post bag or wrap in brown paper. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.

 

Exchanges:

If you change your mind or order the incorrect size you are welcome to return unworn, unused items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange.

Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

 

Faulty Product or Incorrect Shipment:

All Things Country guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we sell.

To this end any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorised repair.

In the event that the item you have purchased is no longer available in the required size you are welcome to exchange it for an alternative item or request a refund, which we will happily process within 10 days of receipt the faulty (or incorrectly shipped) product back to our warehouse.

Again we would suggest for your protection, that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
