What is the postage going to cost on this item?

The good news is that our website is set up that you can answer that question yourself. Simply add the item that you are interested in to the checkout and before you need to enter any payment details you are able to add your address details and check the cost of postage.

Please note that we use Australia Post in all instances to ensure that the items are tracked and insured.


What are your shop opening hours?

Our opening hours are as below:

Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday - 9am - 1pm (we are often here until 3pm though so please call)

We are often here earlier and later than the times specified though so if you want to drop in outside of these hours please call us as you never know - we may just be here!


I have a discount code, how do I redeem it?

If you have a discount code then it can be redeemed via the shopping cart/checkout. After you have confirmed your items and address there is a field that says:

Simply type your code into the text are next to it and then click on GO (located to the right of the text area). This will apply the discount as required. Please note that some discount codes will only be applicable to certain items and they will therefore need to be processed through the checkout separately.
